Charles has decades of experience working in the water & wastewater utility discipline. During Charles’s time in the industry, he has accomplished many large-scale infrastructure upgrade projects throughout the United States. Additional achievements include water & wastewater operations, technical and safety certifications, and continuing education certified training on a state and national level. Charles is a subject matter expert on operations & maintenance, asset management, and sustainability. He has been recognized through the Water Environment Association and the American Water Works Association and is a member of the Select Society of Sanitary Sludge Shovelers (5S). His passion for the water & wastewater industry includes volunteering within professional organizations, staying current on technical and regulatory requirements, and providing innovative solutions for his clientele. In Charles’s downtime, he enjoys spending time outdoors, preferably by the water.
